UooLaa Faux Mink Eyelashes

Hi everyone! I'm back again to indulge you in some affordable faux mink lashes that I got from a company called UooLaa.

These are the most comfiest and most luxurious looking lashes at a fraction of the cost for similar looking lashes that are all over instagram.

I got a total of 5 pairs of their Romantic Line of faux mink lashes for $6.99 each!

Top: Romantic 02
Bottom: Romantic 03

Top: Romantic 04
Bottom: Romantic 05

Last but not least, Romantic 06.
Just look at how perfectly fluttered they are and they range from short-long haired.

Shown out of the box are the 02 lashes. They are super soft, feathery, and long.

If you like medium length but natural lashes, try the 05 lashes.

If you like shorter lashes, try the 03 lashes. They are very natural but glam.

Here I'm wearing the Romantic 04 lashes. They are med length and fluttered.

The bands are a bit thick but never lose their shape after the first use. This is important for me.
Super glam but very natural! I used the House of Lashes eyelash glue to put them on.

I'm in love with UooLaa and the company is super helpful and wonderful to speak to if you have any questions about ordering. My order was quick and beautifully packaged. Follow my IG for more pics wearing the rest of the set!

Maybelline Color Sensational Creamy Matte Lipsticks

I finally got my hands on these new matte lipsticks from Maybelline!

Here are the colors:
Ravishing Rose

Touch of Spice

Daringly Nude

Craving Coral
Craving Coral. Not my favorite from the rest but I mix it with Daringly Nude for a custom peach color that looks amazing with smokey brown eyes.

Divine Wine
My absolute favorite shade out of the collection!

Lust for Blush

These lipsticks are very creamy, non-drying, and very rich in color.
See how pigmented they are?!

Overall for a drugstore lipstick, these give the higher brand lipsticks a run for their money.
I wore this lipstick throughout my entire workout in the gym and it stayed put!

October 2014 Favorites!

Hey guys! Another month has gone by so quickly and here are the products I loved/obsessed over for the month of October.

I loved how creamy these Maybelline Matte lipsticks were on my lips. They are so rich in color and stay put for hours w/o drying out my lips!
I love, love Divine Wine..it's my absolute favorite!
Rimmel's Wake Me Up concealer in medium has been my fave drugstore concealer.  I love how creamy, long-wearing, and buildable it is for full coverage under my eyes.
My tired eyes are easily hidden w/o looking cakey and they look less puffy with this product.

MakeupForever's Eye Prime is such a good primer to keep my eyeshadow from creasing. I love how it blends easily and it never irritates my eyes.
I use my Maybelline color tattoos over it and there's NEVER any smudging or creasing.

I raved about my custom contour palette from Anastasia Beverly Hills in a previous blog post for good reason. These powders are perfect for highlighting, shading, and contouring my chubby face. The powders are creamy, finely milled, and super pigmented.
I use this palette just about everyday. Can you tell?
Check out my post on this palette for more info!

I'm ready for the holidays with this gorgeous palette from Tamanna Roashan in collab with Anastasia Beverly Hills. The colors are super blendable and make my brown eyes pop. I can not put this palette down ever since I picked it up from Ulta in October.
My favorite colors are Bengal, Gilded, and Blush.

Have you tried any of these products? Let me know!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Tamanna Palette

Anastasia has done it again with another beautiful versatile palette that is not only gorgeous to look at but has amazing colors for everyone!

This time Anastasia teamed up with Makeup Artist and Instagram sensation Tamanna Roashan (@dressyourface).

Tamanna's beautiful work is seen all over Instagram and I am so excited to show you this palette!

You get 10 richly pigmented matte and shimmer eyeshadow colors.
There are 3 matte shades and the rest have a deep sheen but no chunky glitter.
Top Row: Fresh, Blush, Venezia, Gilded, and Custom.
Bottom Row: Sangria, Bengal, Chocolate, China Rose, and Noir.

A double-ended eyeshadow brush is also included in the palette.

Tamanna also provided 5 distinct looks you can achieve with this palette easily.

Here's a look I did recently with my palette. I came up with chocolate smokey eyes, and peachy lips.
I used Chocolate on the lid, Bengal on my crease and mixed it with Chocolate on my lower lash line. I then mixed Blush and Gilded for the inner corner of my eyes to add brightness.
I love how the colors make my brown eyes pop!

I'm so obsessed with this palette from Anastasia and know you will love it too!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Custom Contour Refills/Palette

After much waiting, I finally got my hands on my custom contour kit!

With 6 refills you get the empty palette for a total of $40 and free shipping.

The entire kit comes packaged in plastic cases individually.
I chose a total of 6 colors ranging mostly from cool-dark under tones.
Here's what the front of the palette looks like.

The palette is magnetized and only contains 6 empty slots.
Hopefully Anastasia will make a bigger palette to fit more colors in the future.
The colors I chose are:  Banana, Vanilla, and Peachy for the top row.
The texture is not chalky at all and feel very creamy and smooth to the touch.
The second row of colors are:  Macchiato, Havana, and Earth.
This row of shades are a mixture of cool and warm undertones.
The size of the pan up close. This color is Peachy.
The pans are magnetized and labeled with the names of colors on the back.

The shades Peachy and Macchiato are labeled as highlighters.
The rest of the colors are labeled just as contour powders.
Overall, I'm very happy with my custom contour kit by Anastasia Beverly Hills.
The powders glide onto my skin so silky and smooth and they blend like a dream.

I created this look today and used the shade Havana as my crease color.

So you don't have to use these powders just on the face. They work great as eye shadows!
I used the shade Peachy as my blush for this look.

To set my under eye concealer and to highlight my face, I used Banana.
To highlight the tops of my cheekbones and my nose, I used Vanilla.

For the rest of my contour, I mixed Macchiato and Earth to create some depth on my face.

I love my palette!
