Hey everyone, I'm Sharlene. 

If you don't know already, I have a youtube channel called ImExtraAF  Every week I upload tutorials about makeup, nails, hair, and about self love and care.  It has always been important to me to connect with other people through makeup and stories.  Whether the stories are personal or just for fun, I feel that it's the connection that helps us relate to others.  You never know what someone is going through in their personal daily lives, so hopefully my blog posts will help spread positivity and helpful information.

I want you as my reader to feel cozy and curl up on a couch, your bed, or wherever you feel safe and learn about beauty through my eyes.  Everyone has their way of displaying beauty and this is mine.
Makeup has been my passion since I was able to even remember memories.  I love to talk about makeup, discuss trends, techniques, and share my favorite products.  There's a lot of ugly in the beauty community today, so let's just focus on the beauty within ourselves and our passions.
